We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return a pair of shoes, please review the following conditions for accepting returns and exchanges as set out below.

- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please ensure that the shoes are returned within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Original Condition: The shoes must be returned in their original, unworn condition. They should not show any signs of wear or use. Make sure to keep the original packaging, including shoe boxes, tags, and accessories, as they need to be returned in the same condition as received.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all returns. This is necessary to verify the purchase date and assist in processing your return request.
- Return Authorization: Prior to returning the shoes, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization. This will ensure a smooth and efficient return process. We may ask for specific details about the reason for the return and any necessary information.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the shoes, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item.
- Refund or Exchange: Once the returned shoes are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. If you prefer a refund, the original payment method used for the purchase will be credited. For exchanges, we will provide you with the option to select an alternative pair of shoes of equal or lesser value.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on shoe accessories such as insoles, socks, or any items that have been worn or used.
Please note that these return conditions are specific to www.caboclobrasil.com and may vary depending on the retailer or location of purchase. It is advisable to check with the retailer or refer to their return policy if you purchased the shoes through a third-party seller.

Refunds will not include shipping costs incurred at the point of purchase if applicable.
Once your return has been received and complies with our return policy, we will issue a refund. Any import duties incurred will not be refunded. When the purchase is made via credit card, the refund will take 1-7 days to be processed by the credit card company.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement. If the purchase is made through PayPal, the amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account.
