My husband and I stumbled across the Caboclo store in Barcelona while on vacation, and had such a positive experience there. The two young women there who helped us were very professional and courteous, and we ended up having a great conversation with one of them. I bought a pair of black Bahia shoes after trying on several different styles, and my husband and I both agreed that both the store and the shoes were a Barcelona gem. I was so in love with the shoes, that I ordered a pair of the Gaudi in Brown online after returning home. When they arrived, there was a small defect in one of the shoes. I reached out to them over email about the issue, and they promptly responded that they would send me a second pair, free of charge, while letting me keep the first pair. I received the new pair recently, and they are perfect and beautiful. Not only are the shoes truly unique, comfortable, and ethically made using recycled materials, the customer service handled my issue promptly and courteously, going above and beyond to find a solution. I highly recommend buying from them. If you find yourself in Barcelona, it’s worth a visit to this store. My husband and I hope to return one day, I still have my eyes on another pair…

Very nice, sturdy shoe. I know from prior purchases that it will last a long time, even with daily wear. After breaking in and allowing the leather to adjust, they are very comfortable.

I'm fond of shoes and find it difficult to unearth great models. I truly fell in love for the black JUBA ! These shoes are nearly perfect. The leather is nice, even if it isn't not totally flawless. In fact it doesn't matter because the whole shoe has something special, singular and really beautiful. Have a look at the details and you'll understand what I mean. The sole is made of recycled tire and allows a very soft and elegant gait. Finding your size won't be a problem if you measure your feet as mentioned on the website. Wonderful experience when worn with my long skirts or dresses.

These shoes are really well done, I am superhappy with them. After having sent my exact shoe size/feet length to them it took just few time until they arrived.

I have had my Caboclo boots for a month now and I find that the soles made from recycled tires are especially comfortable, they feel different from usual soles! I am very happy with my choice and I just love the look of them!

I love these shoes! And that is something I do not say easily. These shoes look amazing, fit great and are really comfortable (despite the very robust leather that had me worried at first, but no problems at all). And I do not only want to give a big shout out to the product itself, but also to the great customer service and care. From making sure you order the right size (if they tell you a size you normally do not wear, believe them. They know what they do!) to making sure you get your shoes. A huge recommendation! Get these shoes.

I wear these all the time since I've gotten them. They're comfortable and cozy and look great with anything I wear ♡ absolutely my favorite shoes to wear right now.

If you're unsure of your shoe measurement size they double check your size with you: I compared my size in shoes with some other shoes and boots (Doc Martens) I own, and it was a perfect fit when I got em.

I purchased from Caboclo for the first time while being in Barcelona. I love the shoes so much that I had to order another pair. I ordered online from Romania the Sitges model which I found perfect for summertime and for different occasions. The owner was so kind in helping me place the order and very prompt in posting it. The shoes I own from Caboclo are my favorite shoes ever, very elegant and so comfortable. Highly recommend them!

I’m normally a bit scared of buying on line, but I loved the look of Caboclo shoes when I saw their ad and I had to have them!! I also liked how they presented themselves and the product, so I bought a pair. We had a kind exchange of emails to define some details before delivery, but then I went to their shop in Barcelona by chance and I was so pleased to confirm in person that this is a nice artisanal firm with nice people! Which to me is very important!
