Shipping and Returns

GENERAL CONDITIONS

When buying something from Caboclo, our goal is that you will be completely satisfied with your product. We think you will love what you ordered, but in case you don´t, we are here to help you return or exchange your purchased item. We accept returns and exchanges for any reasons as long as they are carried out within 10 (ten) calendar days after you receive your order. Contact us through sales@caboclobrasil.com to make your request. Once we receive your returned item and have verified that it complies with our return and exchange policy below, we will issue a refund.

The products will only be accepted if they meet the following conditions:

•Accompanied by their original and undamaged packaging. Shoes should always be returned in the same box they were delivered, and the shoe box must be protected and put inside a solid cardboard box, preferably the original packaging. Shoes returned without the box may not be fully refunded.
•Accompanied by all related items and accessories (if any).
•In its original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused – no odors, stains or changes made to the product. All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface before wear.
•Accompanied by the invoice.

We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

If the returned item does not meet the conditions mentioned above, Caboclo is exempt from accepting the return or making the exchange. In this case, Caboclo will contact the client with an explanation as to why the return or exchange was not accepted, and will offer to ship the item back at the client’s expense.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Caboclo accepts returns and exchanges for any reason, except when products are marked as final sale.

The return or exchange request must be made within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date you receive your product. Please provide us with notice in writing via email to sales@caboclobrasil.com within the 10 day period. Requests received after the informed deadline will not be accepted.

If you would like to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item. Our return address is:

Please note that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs of your returned item.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and complies with our return policy, we will issue a refund. Any import duties incurred will not be refunded.

When the purchase is made via credit card, the refund will take 1-7 days to be processed by the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.

If PayPal, the amount will be refunded back to your PayPal account.

SHIPING TIME & PROCCESS

We will process your order within 2 business days. Expedited shipping is available at your expense — available options can be viewed during your checkout process.

Caboclo will to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 4 to 10 working days after dispatching, following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events.

Customers receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once orders have been processed and shipped.

We currently offer FEDEX SmartPost shipping for any delivery out-side Brazil and Correio Sedex for local sales in Brazil.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your exact location and paid at the time of checkout. Additional custom import taxes and/or fees are dependent on your exact location and are collected upon delivery. You are responsible for covering these fees. CURRENCY, TAXES AND TAX DUTY

Orders to countries outside Brazil may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

GUARANTEE

If there are defects in the goods you have purchased, Caboclo abides a guarantee of 6 (six) months. If you have a complaint regarding obvious material or manufacturing faults in goods that we have supplied, please contact us at sales@caboclobrasil.com

We will do our best to repair your shoes but, in case we can’t, we will exchange the item you bought.

In this specific situation, the client is responsible for delivering us the shoes (including shipping costs) and Caboclo will be responsible to ship it back.
